Become a Home-Start volunteer

At Home-Start Worldwide we are a small, friendly team in a global, virtual office and we’re always in need of help, whatever your background, but particularly if you have experience of fundraising, bid writing, marketing, photography, tech support or social media. To become a Home-Start home visiting volunteer find your local organisation here if you’re in the UK or find your national centre here.

Set up a new Home-Start scheme

Setting up Home-Start in a new country takes energy and drive, but it’s worth it! We’ve partnered with passionate innovators across five continents who are dedicated to supporting families with young children. In over 20 countries, these pioneers have worked tirelessly to bring Home-Start to their communities, seeing the benefits to families and children.

Home-Start Worldwide supports you from the start, offering information, guidance, and training. We help with finding funding, recruiting the right people, and building local connections. Note that Home-Start Worldwide can’t provide funds, staff, or volunteers from abroad, but we will support you every step of the way.
