Home-Start Malta first started in 2006 with the support of Agenzija Appoġġ, growing over time to expand its reach across Malta, with a dedicated scheme established in Gozo in 2012. Training and ongoing collaboration with Home-Start partners abroad helped shape a strong foundation for the service locally

Today, Home-Start Malta is supported primarily through the Ministry for Family, Children’s Rights and Social Solidarity via the Foundation for Social Welfare Services.
