  • Contract and employment purposes (HR, volunteers and trustees)
  • Legitimate interest
  • Legal and compliance

The information we hold about you could include:

  • any donations we have received from you. We do not collect debit or credit card information.
  • information that you provide to us when registering with our website (including your email address);
  • information that you provide to us when using the services on our website, or that is generated in the course of the use of those services (including the timing, frequency and pattern of service use);
  • information that you post to our website for publication on the internet (including your username, your profile pictures and the content of your posts);

However, we may need to verify who you are, confirm the information is accurate and the right to be forgotten/ rectification only is dependent on the basis on which it was collected and may not be available to you in every circumstance, on which we collect this information applies to your rights. In the event the subject access request or any of the above conflicts with another person’s rights this may or there is a legal and safety basis in which we cannot provide you with this we will provide written notification to you.
